Please print and post your order to us at our address (which can be found on our contact us page) along with full payment including postage costs. We can only accept printed and posted orders. We can not accept telephone or email orders. Please note to ensure delivery for the start of September we must receive your order by the 29th of July 2012 at the very latest, otherwise orders received after this date mean we can not be held responsible for any 'late' delivery of your order.

Fabric Care

Washing Care Labels which specify washing instructions are found on the inside of all Orion garments.

Please try to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a longer life span of your garment.

Please do not wash any of our garments above 30 degrees centigrade (and please do not tumble dry).

Returns information

Refunds/Returns on stock garments purchased through the Orion Stock Shop (Coming Soon) must be made within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned "as sold"; in a resalable condition, in their original packaging, swing tags and tickets attached and unused.

If you wish to return an item but are unable to meet the above requirements, Orion cannot accept the item back. We also regret that delivery charges or carriage cannot be refunded for returned items (unless returned due to a fault with the product) and an additional charge of £4.50 (UK or Ireland) or £9.50 (rest of the world) is applicable to any item sent in exchange (unless sent due to a fault with the product).

Missing Items

If for whatever reason you feel that any items are missing from your delivery this must be reported to us in writing with-in 48 hours of receipt of your goods.
